Hey! Thanks for your interest in our branding services! Photography is such an integral part of business growth. Everything is based on content sharing, photos, and sharing your story. We want to help you share your story, but we need to make sure we are the company to help you do this!
Planning & Consultation
Photography isn't just taking photos. It's capturing the essence of your brand, figuring out what images you need. We go into depth on what your vision is. Our goal is to provide you timeless photographs that you can use throughout your brand so that you get your true value with this experience. All packages include multiple phone, text, and email consultations to maximize your vision!
Branding Session
Your plan comes to life when we work together! Before you shoot, send me your inspiration photos & we can work together on framing your images for marketing, social media, and anything else you might need them for! You will receive proofs of images and choose your favorites.
Post Session
You will receive a gallery of watermarked proofs to select your favorites by your package. You can purchase additional per image or the entire gallery for a bulk session fee.
Delivery
Photos are delivered within 1-3 weeks in a digital gallery. Gallery maintained for 6 months after event date.

FAQ
What if I would like more time during the shoot?
Additional time can be added for +$100/hour. Photos will be released when overtime payment is completed.
How do I get additional images outside of my package?
You choose your favorites to be edited & delivered! Additional edits are $10/image
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! Non-refundable retainer (50% of booking) is required upon signing the contract to book. 1 week notice must be given to receive refund otherwise subject to Heart&Root Photo. Remaining deposit can be used for future session/booking.
How can i prepare for our session?
Utilize the branding questionnaire we send after inquiry to think about your goals. Are you using these photos for your blog, social media, products, or website? Use pinterest, instagram, and the internet for inspiration!
What type of images can I get during my session?
The possibilities are endless! You can get headshots, business photos, anything in detail that you need to prioritize. The questionnaire and our meetings will help guide us for the shoot!
